The device carefully filters pollutants, bacteria and other impurities from the tap water. Important minerals such as calcium and magnesium are retained. During the subsequent electrolysis, the purified water is passed through 8 high-quality platinum-coated titanium plates and physically activated. This process is also called ionization. 2-atom molecular hydrogen is generated by splitting and simultaneous displacement of ions. This has an antioxidant effect.
Two differently charged types of water are produced: the ionised, basic, positively charged Kangen premium water and the acidic, negatively charged oxide water. This water is discharged separately and used for practical and useful purposes (e.g. cleaning, disinfection).

Strong Kangen Water® is not suitable for drinking, but it is also perfect for cleaning food and objects! You can use this water to wash dishes, clean countertops and kitchen boards, remove stubborn stains (even oil and coffee!), remove surface roughness from vegetables, and even get rid of discoloration in the toilet bowl.
The ionized alkaline Kangen Water® with a pH value between 8 and 9.5 not only impresses in its pure form with its taste, but is also suitable for the preparation of mild tea and coffee helps the body to balance acidity.
